Dance Zug Center is a high-end dance school in Cham dedicated to providing to the Canton of Zug with top quality instruction in a friendly, positive, creative atmosphere. Through the combination of Ballet, Rhythmic Gymnastics, Modern Dance, Theater and Music in the teaching framework, students develop various life skills, enhancing their physical strength and beauty, stimulating their brain and providing rhythm, joy and soft social skills.
Pupils have opportunities to participate in performances such as our annual crowd-pleasing shows, local festivals and international trainings and contests. As a family-run business, we are committed to upholding the values of honesty and integrity in a supporting creative environment.
Founder and Main Teacher
Elena Legrand, of French-Russian descent, has gained broad stage, teaching and performance experience in the United States, France and Switzerland.
First Prize Award at the Conservatoire Supérieur de Musique et de danse de Paris in 2006; Elena studied acting at the Cours Florent and won several international competitions, including "Premio Roma" and was invited as resident choreographer at the American Dance Festival. With an art scholarship to develop her choreographic research, Elena Legrand graduated with a Bachelor in Performing Arts & International Relations in the United States and a Master's degree in Management.
Elena is specialized in Modern/Contemporary/Jazz dance/Rhythmic Gymnastics and also teaches Choreography, Ballet, Yoga, Physical Theatre and Pilates.
She loves inspiring kids, developing their talent and seeing them grow.
